The Project restored the City Hall fountain to operational condition. Work included modernization of the fountain infrastructure to include the use of recycled water, new hydraulics, new lighting systems, and the construction of a new pump equipment vault concealed under existing planted areas on the Southwest front of City Hall. The Project also restored the fountain waterproofing system, repaired damaged tile, plaster, and other decorative historic elements. |

FY 2024-25 Annual Facilities Small Capital Improvement |
The Facility Capital Program addressed planned and unplanned replacements, modernization, and new building components, including interior systems, electrical panels, HVAC, roofs, plumbing, elevators, and waterproofing systems. |
