Schedule a Missed or Extra Pick Up

If your collection was missed and you need to reschedule or if you have extra materials to dispose of, please give us a call:

Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (excluding holidays)

You can schedule an additional pick up for trash, recyclables, or organics on any other weekday other than your regular trash collection day using City-issued containers. For extra pickups, materials can be disposed of in multiple City-issued containers in any color regardless of material being disposed. 
 

For extra pickups, a fee per container will be charged to your BWP account.
