1. USE ONLY THE SECTION BUILDER Components (4 square) > to the right
DO NOT USE the out of the box "Basic Sections"

2. Create "Web Components" > to the left under content and data.  Do not just type in the paragraph (as I did here).  Be sure to include the meta data".  Then create a "Web Content Display" box and select the content you created.
