Youth Leadership Program
The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) facilitates opportunities for high school students to earn volunteer service learning hours, develop confidence in leadership skills, learn about educational and career opportunities, build their personal resumes, network with fellow high school students, and get to know the City of Burbank and its leaders.
The 2026/2027 Burbank Youth Leadership Program Application is now open! The application period is from Tuesday, August 25th - Tuesday, September 29th. You can submit your application by email to Buster Roebuck: [email protected], or in person at Mary Alvord Recreation Center.
